- Sprint 2 onward (week 4+). A/B test everything that moves to the secondary list.

A/B testing philosophy
We test things that matter. Button colors don't. Headline copy does. Checkout layout does. Price display does. We typically run 2-3 meaningful tests per month on an active client, not 15 trivial ones.
