Our process

  1. Audit week. Heuristic review, session recordings, heatmaps, funnel analysis. Output: top 10 prioritized issues.
  2. Sprint 1 (week 2-3). Ship the top 3 fixes. No A/B test needed for obvious wins.
  3. Sprint 2 onward (week 4+). A/B test everything that moves to the secondary list.
  4. Monthly review. What shifted. What didn't. What's next.

A/B testing philosophy

We test things that matter. Button colors don't. Headline copy does. Checkout layout does. Price display does. We typically run 2-3 meaningful tests per month on an active client, not 15 trivial ones.
